How MessageMind began.
MessageMind didn't start as a product. It started as a problem we were drowning in.
The founders ran a marketing agency with clients in the US, Australia, and Italy. Six, seven, eight hours off from half the people who paid them. Every message, every question, every Slack ping, every WhatsApp at 2am: answered manually, one by one.
It was a nightmare. Phones never stopped buzzing. By the time a client in Sydney got a reply, the LA one was already waiting twelve hours. By the time LA was handled, Milan was annoyed.
The math on hiring didn't help. Two people to cover the gaps, one for nights and one for weekends, and even then messages would still slip through. Costly, fragile, and not actually fixing the problem.
So we built the thing we wished existed: an AI agent that lives across every channel, reads every message the second it lands, and either handles it or pulls a human in. At 3pm or 3am, in any language, in any timezone.
