Unlike grey-market unofficial clients (Z-API, WPPConnect, Baileys, WhatsApp-Web wrappers, etc.) that scrape the consumer protocol and routinely get numbers banned, our agent is a sanctioned Meta Business Partner. Zero ban risk by design.

Is it GDPR-compliant and where does the data live?

Yes. Conversations run on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API hosted by Meta, with end-to-end encryption between the buyer and Meta. EU data residency is available. Our processing is GDPR-clean, SOC 2 Type II audited annually, and we sign a DPA with every customer.
